When developing Cartoonito we asked parents what their preferred choice of second language was, and the answer was French. Exposure to the French language will also help your child prepare for primary school, where nearly all UK children now learn French.
Research shows that children learn more when they enjoy what they are doing. Cartoonito has worked with the very best child-development practitioners and second language acquisition experts to create a strategy for helping your child to learn through laughter.
We've chosen a French vocabulary that provides for all Cartoonito viewers, and we picked words which children aged 2 to 6 will have a reason to use and will be proud to say in a foreign language.
