The free French learning section on the website of kids TV channel Cartoonito provides French singalong songs, French games for kids and French learning videos.
French singalong songs include: the classic French song Frere Jacques, the fruit identification song, Bonjour Banana, Je Joue which teaches kids what different toys are in French, a song which teaches days of the week in French and a song which teaches the weather in French.
Free French games for kids include French Word Fun which is a series of online French games which introduces children to a new language using words and pictures. French word fun learning games in the series include games covering clothes, animals, numbers and colours. To ensure that children can learn the French words and their meaning there is plenty of repetition throughout the exercise using pictures and words both written and spoken.
